CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR

Position: Customer Service and Operations Assistant (Full-Time)/Part-Time)

Working hours: 10am to 7pm (weekdays)

  • Keen sense in jewellery/fashion/e-commerce industry


Job Scope

  • Processing and packing of orders on a daily basis
  • Plan and assist TikTok live streams
  • Efficient handling of emails
  • Assist customers with their orders and needs
  • Provide support through channels, including but not limited to email and social media
  • Assist in inventory management, stock taking and quality control
  • Liaising with courier partners
  • Assist in photoshoots and marketing ad-hoc tasks
  • Learn basic jewellery making


      Job requirements

      • Singaporeans or Permanent Residents
      • Minimum qualifications of 'N' or 'O' Levels & above.
      • Good verbal and written English
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
      • Meticulous and conscientious when handling customers' orders

      Position: Creative Intern

      We're looking for individuals who has/are

      • An eye for detail
      • Good written communication skills
      • Meticulous in his or her work
      • Ability to think creatively
      • Ability to work independently and a good team player
      • Highly motivated and demonstrates initiative
      • Keen sense in jewellery/fashion/e-commerce industry


      Job scope

      • Maintain brand standards and style
      • Content creation and designing marketing materials
      • Design, build and maintain social media presence
      • Be up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

        Job requirements

        • Singaporeans or Permanent Residents of age 18 and above
        • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
        • Knowledge of how to use a DSLR is a bonus
        • Minimum 3-6 months commitment
        • Able to start immediately
