Returns and Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 14 days from the delivery date (for local orders) and 21 days from the delivery date (for international orders). All exchanges has to be done by mail and we will not be responsible for any lost mails.
Please email us at email@example.com with your name, order number and reason for exchanging.
Exchange is valid only if:
- A wrong item is sent to you
- You've ordered a wrong size
- Engraving mistake was made by us
Please note that we do not cover the shipping cost (for both ways) of returning the item to us. To ensure that your return item reaches us safely, we would advise customers to return their item via recorded delivery. We would not be responsible for any lost mail.
However, if the cause of exchange is due to an engraving mistake made on our part, we will cover the shipping fee for both ways.
The refund amount, if any, will be given as store credits.
