All purchases are covered under a 14-day warranty from the date of receipt, applicable to manufacturing defects only.

What We Offer

If your item qualifies under warranty:

  • We will provide a complimentary repair, where possible

  • If the item is not repairable, a one-time replacement will be offered (subject to availability)

What is Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects identified upon receiving the item, including:

  • Faulty or loose clasps

  • Broken chains due to manufacturing defects

  • Stones falling out (not caused by impact or mishandling)

  • Missing components upon arrival

  • Incorrect item received

  • Structural defects (e.g. improperly joined links)

What is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from wear and tear, usage, or external factors. Includes but not limited to:

Wear & Tear

  • Tarnishing or fading over time

  • Scratches, dents, or surface marks

  • Natural discoloration

Damage from Use

  • Broken chains due to pulling, snagging, or force

  • Bent earrings, posts, or settings

  • Stones falling out due to impact or dropping

Exposure Damage

  • Contact with water, sweat, or humidity

  • Exposure to perfume, lotions, chemicals, or cleaning agents

Misuse / Improper Care

  • Not following recommended care instructions

  • Improper storage (e.g. tangled or crushed items)

Other Exclusions

  • Lost or misplaced items
